Return Policy:
Before placing an
order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product
you intend to purchase. If you would like any additional information
about a product before making a purchase, please contact us at

Any/all items purchased from
glassgrassorvas.com must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
-Requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
-Any damage must be reported within 48 hours from delivery.
-Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
-Any
item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be
refunded and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping
charges if they want the product back.
-Item(s) must be in original packaging, unused, in brand new condition. Used items will not be refunded!
-Any
hint of use (material build up/smell of any cleaning agent) and the
refund will be denied and buyer will be responsible for the return
shipping charges if they want the product back.
-Any
item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded and the buyer will be
responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product
back.
-Must first aquire a return authorization number and approval by contacting us at
glassgrassorvas@gmail.com or reaching out to us by text or phone at (727) 386-8255.
-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
-Buyer must understand and agree to a 10% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals.
-Buyer
must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with
returning the item(s). We strongly recommend you insure your package(s)
and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items
that are lost or damaged while in transit.
-Non-standard
shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original
purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the sole
responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
-If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund (if order was shipped for free).
Glass
Grass Or VAS reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may
request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.
You
may expect your refund or exchange to process within about two (2)
weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met.
This return policy is only available to customers of the United States
and/or Canada.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We
only replace unused items if they are defective (dead on arrival) or
damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
at
glassgrassorvas@gmail.com or reach out to us by text or phone at (727) 386-8255.
Glass
Grass Or VAS reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time
by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Glass Grass Or VAS
and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
Shipping policy:
Glass Grass Or VAS offers free shipping on all orders over $500.00 before tax within the United States!
We
do ship to Canada as well! However, shipping is not included in this
case & we are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or
fees faced upon delivery.
Our
orders are usually shipped via USPS. Packages generally arrive within 5
business days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you
paid extra for shipping we will issue you a shipping refund if your
package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame.
Handling time:
We
strive to get all orders received shipped out in the following 1-2
business days. We ship from Florida and packages can take up to 5-7
business days to arrive depending on where in the United States the
order is being shipped.
Orders
being delivered to Canada can take upwards of a few weeks between
customs & shipping, so please be patient as we are not responsible
for this delay.
We will
contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship weekdays,
Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS
holidays. We are not responsible for any delays from the carrier.
Shipping FAQ's:
What do I do if my package is lost?
If
your package is not delivered, please get in touch with your local post
office immediately, and file a claim. There's a chance that your
package could be at their location. We ask that you please file a claim
with them directly, and then reach out to our customer service team. We
will be sure that you receive your order and appreciate your patience.
What if my package is damaged?
Please
note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 48
hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim
being denied and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel
free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
No, not if you have received your tracking information by email.
If
you have not received a tracking number, we will do our best to
accommodate any changes to your order but we can not guarantee changes
can always be made.
